Når du foretager et køb hos os, registrerer vi dit navn/virksomhedsnavn, adresse, telefonnummer, e-mailadresse, eller andre bemærkninger i forbindelse med levering af din ordre. Vi behandler udelukkende de oplysninger, som du har afgivet i forbindelse med håndtering af din ordre.

Formålene med og retsgrundlaget for behandlingen af dine personoplysninger

Vi behandler personoplysninger om dig for at kunne imødekomme din ordre og opfylde købsaftalens betingelser iht. databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, 1, b.

Legitim interesse:

Der kan forekomme behandlingsaktiviteter, hvor vi anvender interesseafvejningsreglen i databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, 1, f som hjemmel til behandling af dine personoplysninger. Interesseafvejningsreglen vil blive anvendt i de tilfælde, hvor du vinder en af vores konkurrencer på de sociale medier, hvorfor vi behandler dine kontaktoplysninger for at kunne levere præmien til dig.

Interesseafvejningsreglen vil også blive anvendt som hjemmel, hvor du sender en konkret forespørgsel til os. Her er det vores interesse, at efterkomme dine ønsker og give dig den bedst mulige service.

Opbevaring af dine personoplysninger

Personoplysninger opbevares alene så længe det er nødvendigt til opfyldelse af de formål, hvortil personoplysningerne er indsamlet. Dette indebærer, at vi er forpligtet til at opbevare regnskabsmateriale i 5 år fra udgangen af det regnskabsår, materialet vedrører iht. bogføringsloven. Her vil oplysninger om dig fremgå som dokumentation.

Passive brugere af webshoppen vil blive slettet 6 måneder efter deres seneste aktivitet.

Kundeforespørgsler vil blive slettet, når forespørgslen er blevet besvaret.

Kontaktoplysninger på konkurrencedeltagere vil blive slettet efter konkurrencens udløb, og præmien er leveret til vinderen.

Rekruttering

Behandlingen af dine personoplysninger

Når du fremsender din ansøgning, CV samt tilhørende dokumenter til LINIEX ApS, behandler vi dine personoplysninger med henblik på rekruttering. Herunder vil dine personoplysninger blive opbevaret under rekrutteringsprocessen samt indgå i vurderingen af, om en af vores ledige stillinger matcher din profil.

Der vil udelukkende blive indsamlet personoplysninger som fremgår af det fremsendte materiale. Herudover kan der registreres personoplysninger, som du oplyser over for os under rekrutteringsprocessen og en evt. ansættelsessamtale. Det vil typisk være følgende kategorier af oplysninger: ID-oplysninger, fødselsdato, uddannelse, kurser og karrierehistorik.

Ovenstående personoplysninger registreres med henblik på at indgå en ansættelseskontrakt iht. databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, 1, b.

Vi opfordrer dig venligst til kun at fremsende personoplysninger, der er relevante for den stilling, som du ønsker at ansøge. Vi ønsker derfor ikke at modtage oplysninger vedrørende etnicitet, politisk, religiøs eller filosofisk overbevisning, genetiske data, biometrisk data, fagforeningsmæssige tilhørsforhold, seksuel orientering eller helbredsoplysninger.

Opbevaring og sletning

Personoplysninger opbevares alene så længe dette er nødvendigt til opfyldelse af de formål, hvortil personoplysningerne er indsamlet. Dette indebærer, at LINIEX ApS som udgangspunkt opbevarer din ansøgning under rekrutteringsprocessen, hvorefter din ansøgning vil blive slettet. Ønsker LINIEX ApS at opbevare din ansøgning i en længere periode (12 måneder), så vil dette ikke foregå uden dit udtrykkelige samtykke iht. databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, 1, a.

Du kan til enhver tid tilbagetrække dit samtykke. Dette kan du gøre ved at kontakte os via ovenstående kontaktoplysninger. Hvis du vælger at trække dit samtykke tilbage, påvirker det ikke lovligheden af vores behandling af dine personoplysninger på bagrund af dit tidligere meddelte samtykke og op til tidspunktet for tilbagetrækningen. Hvis du tilbagetrækker dit samtykke, har det derfor først virkning fra dette tidspunkt.

We will process the following information about you

When you make a purchase with us, we record your name / business name, address, phone number, email address, or other comments in connection with delivery of your order. We will only process the information you have provided in connection with the handling of your order.

The purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data

We process personal information about you to comply with your order and fulfill the terms of the purchase agreement in accordance with the nature of the General Data Protection Regulation article 6, 1, b.

Legitimate interest:

Processing activities may occur where we apply the balancing test in the nature of the General Data Protection Regulation article 6, 1, f as a basis for processing your personal data. The balancing test will be applied if you win one of our social media contests, which is why we process your contact information to deliver the prize to you.

The balancing test will also be used as a legal basis where you send us a specific inquiry. Here it is out interest to fulfill your wishes and provide you with the best possible service.

Recipients of your personal data:

In dealing with your order, we may release or disclose your personal information to the following recipients:

IT suppliers who perform several tasks on behalf of LINIEX ApS. There will be access and processing to / of personal data in connection with IT system maintenance, cloud storage, handling of e-mails, managing customer data on the website, payment solutions for the webshop, accounting programs and web hotel.
Suppliers and freight forwarders in connection with the shipment of orders.

Transfers to recipients in third countries:

Here, your personal data may be likely to be transferred to recipients outside the EU / EEA, including, but not limited to, the United States. The organizations have joined the EU-US Privacy Shield, drawn up BDR (Binding Company Rules) and used the EU Commission’s standard contracts to ensure an adequate level of protection in case transfer:

Storing your personal information

Personal data is kept only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal data has been collected. This means that we are required to keep accounting material for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the material related in accordance with the Accounting Act. Here, information about you will appear as documentation.

Passive users of the webshop will be deleted 6 months after their last activity.

Customer inquiries will be deleted when the request has been answered.

Contact information on contestants will be deleted after the end of the contest and the when the prize has been delivered to the winner.

You have several rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. See at the bottom of the page how you use these.

Recruitment

The processing of your personal data

When you submit your application, resume and related documents to LINIEX ApS, we process your personal data for recruitment purposes. Meaning that your personal information will be stored during the recruitment process and included in the assessment of whether one of our vacancies matches your profile.

Only personal data collected from the material sent will be collected. In addition, personal data that you provide during the recruitment process and any employment interview may be collected. Typically, this will cover these categories of information: ID-information, date of birth, education, courses, and career history.

The above personal information is collected for the purpose of entering an employment contract in accordance with the nature of the General Data Protection Regulation article 6, 1, b.

We encourage you to submit only personal information relevant to the position you wish to apply for. We therefore do not want to receive information regarding ethnicity, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, genetic data, biometric data, trade union affiliation, sexual orientation, or health information.

Storage and deletion

Personal data is stored only if necessary, for the purposes for which the personal data has been collected. This means that LINIEX ApS will initially store your application during the recruitment process, after which your application will be deleted. If LINIEX ApS wishes to keep your application for a longer period (12 months), that will not happen without your explicit consent according to the nature of the General Data Protection Regulation article 6, 1, a.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us via the above contact information. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the back of your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Therefore, withdrawing your consent will only take effect from that point on.

Your rights

Right to view information (right of access)

You have the right to gain access to the information we process about you, as well as some additional information.

Right to rectification

You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to deletion

In special cases, you have the right to have information deleted about you before the time of our regular general deletion.

In some cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer this personal data from one data controller to another without hindrance.
